If you haven’t noticed by now, we loooove looking at pics of sketchbooks. Scans are nice for appreciating the smaller details better, but there’s something about the spontaneity of taking a photo the moment you finish drawing. Renée Louise Anderson takes some of the most visually appealing pictures of her doodles. It’s nothing extravagant, no insane filters… Just a soothing simplicity in composition that makes you want to stare at the page (or leaf) a little longer. Just look at them so you can see what I mean, and don’t forget to follow Renée’s blog.

If you’re addicted to tumbling as well as doodling, follow Doodlers Anonymous on Tumblr for even more daily inspiration. You might even see yourself on there!
