Marianna Fedorova’s summer sketchbook instantly caught my eye when I was looking through Behance a few weeks ago. Her color drenched illustrations stand out because of the stripy lines she implements when adding color. She works with a variety of mediums, but the thick and streaky nature of the markers create a look that is perfectly imperfect, giving her sketches a new type of dimension from the overlapping texture. Sketching from real life around the city is never a bad idea, and I think Marianna absolutely killed it!
