In this series of drawings, Mary Komary creates beautiful illustrations that bring out the beauty in buildings and architecture using colored pencils and cut up peices of paper. She utilizes scraps to create a perfectly executed collage, crafting shapes that transform into large buildings or hills. Then, she gently doodles the details on top, allowing the lines and scenery to extend off the edge into a much simpler continuation of the drawing. The combination of these two methods creates the perfect contrast in her sketchbook and I’d love to see more like these!
