You know that feeling when you are standing in a stranger’s house for the first time? Meredith Wilson’s art is making me think about it. The places and people seem personal to the artist, scenes from specific memories for her. I’m the stranger in her house that’s not as comfortable as she is. I’m unfamiliar, but interested in the many oddly particular details ensconced within her simple drawings.
