Thomas Cian from Italy created an amazing illustration of epic proportions in his accordion style sketchbook. The entire book consists of a single, seamless drawing that is extremely detailed down to the last crack with extra attention towards shading. The 24 page book is almost 11 feet wide when it’s completely opened up — that’s an insane amount of drawing for something so intricate and large-scale! I love the whimsical and elegant nature of these drawings that were pulled straight from his imagination as opposed to alot of his other work that appears to be from observation. How long do you think it would take to finish a project of this size? I can feel my hand cramping up already!
