These pencil drawings are making my day. They are the work of Arobal, a student of political science and philosophy turned artist. His artwork expresses a wealth of emotions (so uncontainable that the illustrations are sometimes breaking out of their own frames) which gives a remarkably human peek into the inner universe of the subjects. On each page, vivid expressions and sentimental complexity are held between whimsical lines and romantic composition. The meandering traces of Arobal’s pencils are simply magic.
