"I used sharpie markers for this project. It took me about two days to complete. I enjoy many areas of art but by far my favorite is doodling. It's my passion. I love a blank "canvas" and just letting my mind and "brush/pen" work. With doodles I have no idea where the piece will end up and it is never truly finished.

I am really into to drawing cute asymmetrical owls…right now. I love graffiti and tattoo styles of work so I often incorporate those into the doodle some how. I could sit at a coffee shop for hours with some pens and paper. It's alway fun to see the results."

Thanks Hugo. I used red, dark and light orange sharpies. I think it must be the shading that makes it so vivid!

very detailed work, nice!! so you use a sharpie to do the very, fine, concentric lines and the grid? or do you use another type of fine line pen? awesome work....
