Telephone doodles, bad paintings, art brut and folk art inspire Martin to create masterful montages.

With skillful use of found ephemera and paint, Martin's work reminds me of Sara Fanelli. But, I prefer them, don't get me wrong, Sara is good at what she does but there is a resounding humor within Haake's work which just gives him the edge, in my humble opinion.
