Mistakes Don't Exist

Simon Massey di Vallazza has always been reluctant to draw in his sketchbook for fear of making a mistake and wasting a page. "Each page was a tentative step to shed this fear and make as many glorious mistakes as possible." One of my favorite drawings is the above photo and the caption he wrote for it on his flickr page: "Mum and dad finally sold the property!" It expresses the perfect sentiment.
