Facebook Portraits

Amy Garlick's photostream at Flickr blew me away. I couldn't decide between her Facebook portraits or her words set.

In the Facebook portraits set you'll find 22 doodles drawn on an atlas someone was throwing away. In the words set, you'll find scans from her Moleskine with doodles of random things combined with her beautiful and descriptive handwriting. Hotness!

This is an awesome shout out, I know Amy via the internet and am blown away by her portraits and sketches/stories. She also did this amazing thing, those little russian nesting dolls? She painted her mother, herself and her daughter on them, it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen.

She needs a show.
